In accordance with applicable information-society rules, the website and the HIJOFRUTA application are owned by:

1.2. Nature of the service

HIJOFRUTA is an entertainment card game using a Spanish deck. It includes practice (offline) and online multiplayer modes.

Simulated play only:

  • HIJOFRUTA does not involve real money.
  • “Bets”, chips, coins, pots and similar risk mechanics are virtual simulations for recreation only.
  • In-game coins or credits have no monetary value, are not refundable, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and cannot be withdrawn.
  • HIJOFRUTA is not a casino, not a gambling establishment and does not offer sports betting or real-money gambling.

References to “betting”, “winning”, “losing”, “pot” or “table” must be read only in the context of the simulation.

1.3. Terms of use

Access to and use of the website and/or app imply acceptance of this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy. Users must use the service lawfully, not abuse it, not attempt to breach security, provide truthful registration data when applicable, and not impersonate others.

The owner may suspend or cancel access in case of misuse, without prejudice to legal action.

1.4. Registration and account

Registration is optional for practice mode and may be required for online multiplayer. Users declare they have legal capacity to use the service, keep credentials confidential and do not share their account.

Continuous multiplayer availability or indefinite retention of progress, virtual coins or matches is not guaranteed.

1.5. Virtual coins, ads and no real payments

  • Virtual coins may be granted for free or via ad-related rewards when available.
  • There are no real-money purchases tied to in-game betting.
  • Virtual coins are not a means of payment or an enforceable property right against the owner.
  • The owner may modify, reset or rebalance the virtual economy for technical, design or abuse reasons.

1.6. Intellectual property

All website and app content (brand, logos, text, graphics, UI, code, design, sounds and related materials) is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Unauthorized use is prohibited except as allowed by law.

1.7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The owner does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service and is not liable for damages from use or inability to use the game, loss of virtual coins, online interruptions, network or device failures, or third-party providers, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.

Third-party links are informational only. The owner does not control or assume responsibility for their content or services.

1.9. Minors

HIJOFRUTA is general entertainment and is not intended for unsupervised minors. Legal guardians are responsible for use by minors. Because the game includes simulated betting (no real money), responsible use and age restrictions are recommended where appropriate.

1.10. Changes

This Legal Notice may be updated at any time. The version published on the website or in the app, with its update date, applies.

1.11. Governing law

Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, Spanish law applies. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the owner’s domicile, without prejudice to consumer venues when applicable.
