DroPilot is an offline-first musical tool for guitarists. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is protected. Developed by Zipizapp.

Personal data

DroPilot does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. No account, email address, or registration is required to use the app.

Information stored on your device

Everything you create—saved chord progressions, folders, language preferences, theme, and other settings—is stored only on your device using the platform’s standard local storage.

This information is never sent to external servers, is not shared with third parties, and is not accessible to the developer.

Microphone permission

The tuner feature may request microphone access. It is used solely to:

Detect the pitch of the sound in real time.
Show the nearest note and how far it is from being in tune.

Audio from the microphone is not recorded, not stored, and not transmitted. Processing happens entirely on your device.

In-app purchases

DroPilot offers an optional “DroPilot Pro” purchase to unlock advanced features. The transaction is handled entirely by the app stores (Google Play, App Store and Microsoft Store) and is subject to their privacy policies.

The DroPilot developer does not have access to your payment details—only whether the purchase completed successfully.

Third-party services

DroPilot does not integrate analytics, advertising, social networks, or third-party SDKs that collect usage or behavioural data, beyond what is required for store-managed purchases.

Children

The app is not directed specifically at children under 13 and does not collect data from any user, regardless of age.
