Delete account

If you have a HIJOFRUTA account and want it deleted along with associated data, you can request it by email. This is not an automatic process: we review the request and delete the account manually.
How to request it
- Email info@zipizapp.com from the same address you registered with (if possible).
- Use a subject like “Delete HIJOFRUTA account”.
- In the message, confirm that you want your account deleted and, if you have it, your display name or user identifier.

What gets deleted
- The authentication account (multiplayer access and login data).
- The associated profile (for example, display name).
- Gameplay data linked to that account (online progress, online virtual coins and related matches), to the extent they are tied to your user.
Preferences stored only on the device are removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s data in the system settings.
Can data be deleted without deleting the account?
No. In HIJOFRUTA, a deletion request means removing the full account and its associated data. We do not offer a “delete some data only” option while keeping the account active.
Timing
We will handle the request within a reasonable time (usually a few business days). We may ask you to confirm account identity before proceeding.
